I had a great experience buying a Nissan NV200 Van from Prestige Auto. Our salesperson did a fantastic job getting me all the information about the van as I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I contacted Prestige online on a Sunday when they were closed and did not expect a reply. I did get a response from our salesperson saying they were closed today but I will contact you first thing in the morning which he did. I explained to him which vehicle I was looking for and he got me pictures, video and the Auto check report immediately. I was impressed on his honesty as he brought to my attention some surface scratches that were hard to see on the pictures and video… it was worth the trip.
Had a great experience trading in my 2012 Kia for an upgrade to a 2022 -- our salesperson was awesome to work with, I felt super comfortable and never pressured -- I test-drove cars at other dealerships that tout no-pressure and no commission sales, yet I definitely felt pressured to sign on the spot… The whole process at Prestige, from test-driving to signing the papers was so quick and easy, and I was pleased with the trade-in value I received. They swapped my plates for me, filled up the gas tank, changed the oil, gave it a wash, and had it waiting out front for me to take it home.
Went in for an oil change and started looking at the Kia Carnival. Our salesperson showed us all the features and functions of the vehicle and then asked if we wanted to test-drive it. He let us take our time with the vehicle, answered any questions we had and never felt like we were being pressured into the sale. Our salesperson and everyone at Prestige are so nice and helpful. This is our fifth purchase from them and will definitely be buying more vehicles from them in the future.
The detailed grasp of the features of the new Sportage EX hybrid I purchased from our salesperson was amazing. Informative, not pushy, always available, our salesperson sold me on the vehicle and the dealership. He was always attentive to my questions with in-depth knowledge of the vehicle's attributes.
My motor locked up and they gave me a rental car and paid every penny to replace with a new motor! I did not purchase the extra coverage when I bought the car in FL. Their service department is very professional, clean and fast. I have them take care of all my service. You can trust them!
Went in for an oil change and got an oil change. No high-pressure sales for upgrading wipers or air filters. Just a status update on those items... nice comfy waiting area. Friendly techs. Note: Easy to navigate online appointment scheduler.
I came looking for a vehicle in a panic as one does with my husband after my car broke down… The staff here honestly let me do the driving, literally and figuratively. I was able to get questions answered and I felt no matter what decision we made was going to be ok, including not getting a vehicle from them. We ended up buying a vehicle after much encouragement to try a couple out… We test-drove a couple different models and ended up finding the right one for our budget and our family. Again, at no time during this process did we feel pressure from staff or that we only had a certain amount of time to do this in… I felt heard, and it was obvious by their service to us. I appreciate the experience I had and I will be definitely highly recommending this dealer!
